Culture fit
Across all roles, we are looking for people who are:
- Low ego, high agency. You care more about getting to the right answer than being right.
- Strong opinions, loosely held. You can argue clearly, update quickly, and commit once a decision is made.
- Comfortable with pressure. This is protocol work; ambiguity, adversarial thinking, and high stakes are part of the job.
- Hard working and intense. This is a small founding team building a category-defining protocol, not a lifestyle company.
- Feedback seeking. You actively want sharper review from strong teammates.
- Security minded. You assume anything valuable will be attacked.
- Mission driven. You believe crypto needs better market structure, and that letting traders short any asset is part of making the ecosystem healthier.
