Founding Infrastructure Engineer

Role

All Perps needs an engineer who anticipates attacks and builds reliable systems. You will own deployment safety, monitoring, key management, audit readiness, incident response, and reliability during market stress.

You should have

• Onchain security experience.
• Strong understanding of DeFi failure modes: oracle manipulation, liquidation risk, precision bugs, account validation, upgrade and key risk, and operational mistakes.
• Experience building production infrastructure, CI, monitoring, alerting, and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to build reliable infrastructure software in Rust.
• Ability to write threat models, build test harnesses, and coordinate external audits.
• You take ownership during incidents and under pressure.

Strong signal

• You have led audit prep or fixed serious audit findings.
• You have built fuzzing, invariant, or simulation infrastructure.
• You assess risk rigorously and still ship practical solutions.
